How long will it take to receive my Rug?

We know you’re eager to experience the beauty of your new vintage rug. That’s why we prioritize fast and efficient delivery. Almost all online orders reach their destination within a week, and many arrive even sooner – within 2 or 3 business days.

What Is The Return Policy?

Love Your Rug or Return It Hassle-Free

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a generous 14-day return policy on all rugs, carpets, and most other items.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you decide for any reason that your item isn’t the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 2 weeks of delivery.
  • We offer a full refund for the returned item, minus the original shipping cost (even if the listing offered free shipping).
  • This applies to all returns, except in the following cases:
    • If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
    • If the item arrives damaged or faulty.

In these exceptional cases, we will provide a full refund for both the item price and the return shipping cost.

Can I Order Online But Collect In Your Store?

Yes, see our shop hours. Select ‘Pick Up’ when placing your order. We will be in touch when your order is ready to collect.

Are The Colours Of The Product Exactly The Same As On The Website?

We try to get this right in the photography stage. We do not claim perfection. Keep in mind that screens don’t all show colours equally.

Can I visit one of your showrooms to view your rug, carpet and runners?

Yes, we encourage all our clients to visit us in person so that you can see the incredible range and variety of our collections. We have over 4,000 unique rugs at our London showroom, and there really is no substitute for seeing and feeling the hand-woven Persian and Oriental rugs in person.

There is also no one better to gauge what will work in a home than its owner! We are open seven days a week, no appointment needed just come on in and we will take care of the rest.

Am I Able to do Part Exchange?

Yes, subject to prior approval. Whether you are redecorating, moving house, or have a Persian rug that you no longer need, we will take almost any handmade carpet or rug as a part exchange against a new piece from our stock.
