Yes. We ship worldwide and can arrange safe and secure delivery.

Do you offer payment plans?
Payment options may be available. Please ask in store, as arrangements are handled case by case.

Do you offer home consultations?
Yes.
We offer home consultations for £150 where we:
- Measure your space
- Help select suitable rugs
- Offer professional advice
If you purchase a rug, the £150 consultation fee is deducted from the final price.
Returns & Policies
What is your return policy?

To receive a full refund:
- The rug must be physically returned to our store within 7 days
- The rug must be in its original condition
Returns made after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.
